IRS has released draft Instructions for Form 1120S, U.S. Income Tax Return for an S Corporation. These instructions detail some new requirements for S corporations. This form can only be filed where Form 2553, Election by a Small Business Corporation, has been filed or is attached to their return. The instructions can be accessed here.
