  • Who can represent the client in a tax audit or before collection? An overview of representation rights and who and who cannot represent a client before IRS. 2016, changes representation rights for some professional tax preparers.  For others changes made by IRS affected all professionals who contact the Practitioner Priority Service. In addition, we will review the Form 2848, power of Attorney and highlight some of the common error that result in the form being rejected by IRS.

She is also an enrolled agent and has almost 30 years experience with IRS, most recently as the IRS Senior Stakeholder Liaison for Iowa. Kristy is well-respected among Iowa tax practitioners for her knowledge, service and dedication.
