The Director of the Center for Agricultural Law & Taxation may waive or reduce the registrations fee of Illinois attorneys who wish to attend a course, but for whom the cost would pose a financial hardship. Attorneys seeking this consideration should contact ktidgren@iastate.edu , noting their request and the facts of the hardship. This request will be kept confidential, except for disclosure to relevant staff involved in processing the application. The Director will determine the amount of any waiver on a case by case basis, based upon financial need and the relevance of the seminar to the attorney’s practice.
