  • HF 778, a bill to modify the future capital gains deduction provision from Iowa’s 2018 tax reform law (SF 2417)
  • HF 779 (signed May 3, effective 07/01/2019), a bill to make a number of "clean-up" provisions to Iowa's tax reform legislation, including:
    • reinstituting the geothermal heat pump tax credit
    • allowing corporations to elect to use 1031 treatment for personal property exchanges in 2019
    • clarifying Iowa QBI deduction
    • modifying adoption credit
    • expanding STO credit
    • modifying various sales tax provisions
