Who Should Exhibit?
Iowa State University Center for Agricultural Law and Taxation (CALT) welcomes companies who offer hardware, educational software, financial information, Internet/Web activities, and other products and services that will enhance an attendee’s performance.  As an exhibitor you are invited to exhibit at all or any of our seminars as long as the required fee is paid, space is available at the seminar site and we approve the arrangement.

Ad/Website Submission
Exhibitors have the opportunity to submit a full-page black and white ad to be included in handout materials and have your logo featured on our website homepage (through January 31, 2010).  If you are unable to attend any of our seminar events this is a great way to let our participants know about your company.  The size of the ad is 8.5” wide by 11” high.  Please e-mail your ad and logo (jpeg image) to tlkayser@iastate.edu with your ad in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher or PDF format.

Ad submission deadlines:

  • Agricultural Law Seminar - September 4
  • Farm Estate and Business Planning Seminar - September 11
  • 2009 Farm Income Tax Schools - October 19

Exhibit Space

One 6'-8' table and chair will be provided at the site with all other equipment to be provided by the exhibitor of the space. It is expected that the booth space will be maintained in a reasonably attractive manner. Exhibitors are to assure that the display and any activities carried on in conjunction with the display not pose a safety hazard to those viewing the display as well as those near the display. Arrangements for electrical power and for telecommunications connections (wireless internet is available at all seminars) are to be made with the local site coordinator.

  • Agricultural Law Seminar / Farm Estate and Business Planning Seminar - All exhibitors will be introduced to attendees at each seminar and have an opportunity to make a brief comment about their company.  Lunch for one person will be provided.
  • Farm Income Tax Schools - All exhibitors will be introduced to Tax School attendees on Day 1 at each of the eight locations, and have an opportunity to make a brief comment about their company.  Arrangements for access to the display area prior to the commencement of the school and arrangements for removal of the display from the premises after the adjournment of the second day of the school are to be worked out with the local site coordinator. Lunch for one person will be provided both days.
