  • As tax professionals we occasionally engage a client who has failed to file the federal or state tax returns. In many cases there is more to the issue than just filing the returns.  This seminar is part of a 2 part session on getting the client square with IRS and state agencies.  We will center on the individual tax filings and how to proceed, what to expect and briefly review the IRS “substitute for return” process.  Part 2 Reconstructing Records for Non-Filers will be held June 28, 2016.
